Originally an industrial art gallery turned photo studio, the space embraces an almost all-white palette and is filled with natural light.

Located on LA’s Eastside in the vibrant Frogtown neighborhood— Ingredient Studios, a film/production studio and event venue is conveniently sits right off the I-5 adjacent to Silver Lake, Los Feliz, and Atwater Village. The blank canvas space is the perfect event venue for event marketing like gifting suites to corporate, social, community events to intimate dinner parties, and film premiers, food pop-ups, and short-term exhibitions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Certificate of Insurance?

 Yes, we require a Certificate of Insurance that covers host liquor liability and $500,000/$1,000,000 per occurrence/annual aggregate minimum.

What does the Venue Fee include?

The venue fee includes either a 10-hr or 12-hr day of private studio access, use of prep kitchen, an Onsite Studio Manager to assist with all venue needs in real time, a $250 cleaning fee, and 10% admin fee.

Is a deposit required to hold a date?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon execution of the venue Agreement and, in all cases, before the first day of Facilities use. All payments are due in full 72 hours prior to the event or series of events start date, unless terms have otherwise been established.

Does Ingredient Studios have preferred vendors and am I required to book their services or are outside vendors are welcome?

We have preferred and trusted event vendors and partners including, caterers/chefs, bar agencies, rentals and partners that have experience working in the studio space. We are happy to build a customized quote to include planning and vendor management services or provide contact information. Clients are also welcome to bring in outside vendors as long as proper insurance and permits are provided.

What is the hold process?

If the desired date is available, we will place a temporary hold on the calendar. If a deposit has been not made when a second inquiry comes in and the party is ready to put down a 50% deposit to hold the date, Ingredient will give the first inquiry 24-hours to make a deposit to confirm the studio.

Does Ingredient Studios have planning assistance or services?

We are always happy to make a warm introduction to our preferred and trusted event vendors and partners. For an additional fee, we are happy to arrange and manage event production including but not limited to catering, bar, furniture rentals, design, florals, and entertainment.
